I purchased a Viewcam Z VL-Z3 for 425.00 Mistake: I did not purchase extended warranty. I am not able to take pictures with this digital camera. The word "DEW" shows up and the camera shuts down. It doesn't matter the time of year.
I have called Sharp USA at: 1-800-237-4277 to ask for support, serval times. All calls went un-returned.
I emailed Sharp USA Customer Support at: sharpusa.com/global/ContactUsProdSupp/1,1878,,00.html. Several times.. All E-Mails went un-answered.
So I finally wrote Sharp USA at:1300 Naperville Drive, Romeoville, IL 60446 U.S.A.
And that went un-answered too.
Worked well for first year, then that's when Dew continued to pop up on my screen. You would think that Sharp would have Techs who would have an idea of the problem, Not at all. And , from looks of it, sounds like im not the only one with the problem.
I know I probably will never get my issue taken care of, but for future consumers there are many more brands to choose, woth out going through the headache.
