I bought a Sharp microwave (model R530DK) from SEARS when I worked at SEARS during high school. It only lasted a few years. After weeks of dealing with their rude representatives, we finally threw it out. Sharp needs to send me a full refund or a new, working microwave. Sharp, however, obviously believes people should be buying new microwaves every year. Enough is enough. I am never going to buy a Sharp product ever again.

I am writing a letter to the editor to my newspaper about Sharp products and customer service to warn other consumers. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Burea, NJ Attorney General's office, MI Attorney General's office, upper management at Sharp, and the FTC.
