I recently purchased a 32-inch HD Sharp Roku TV. I had a problem with the TV connecting to the internet. I contacted Best Buy, with little or minimal results. I contacted Sharp Support. I called the number they suggested (1-855-544-2030). Again, they stated that they couldn't help, I'd have to either take it to a place where they repair TVs. Or return it to Best Buy. If they are manufacturing and selling these TVs, why is there no support. Even if the support IS for a limited time ? If this was my PC, I'd be able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I want other consumers to be aware of Sharp's lack of concern for the customer.
