Sharron Russell Maryland Oral Surgery Group ,MOSG, It's my opinion that MOSG and family profiles and tries to commit discriminatory ,customer/insurance fraud, billing practices by my experience going there and looking at reviews on various websites! Upper Marlboro Maryland
Im going to try to keep this very short and sweet it's to tramatizing for me to tell my whole opinionated some factual unprofessional profiling, discriminatory, deceptive, dishonest story on there behalf! I have to say it's my opinion thru my experience that Sharron Russell and family group overcharge for there work(paying more than what the contractual insurance company's allowed amount and again it's my opinion if you let them they will take hundreds of dollars (in my case)from you by arbitrating and arguing there false billing practices with you with no regaurd to insurance contracts they make with there accepted insurance companies. Its my opinion MOSG charged me for covered procedures that my insurance company was suppose to cover but they never contacted the lab to pay it (that's what was billed and charged to my bank card a autopsy and x-ray)I called the lab myself after receiving a bill in the mail witch I thought was odd MOSG was supposed to pay(lab rep.stated MOSG never called us you were the first we keep who calls us on record) so I gave them my insurance info and my insurance paid it so basically i had to discover that on my own. My opinion was that money from the autopsy($300) MOSG tried to pocket plus an amount under $100 I recieved more than normal EOB'S from my insurance companies because they kept giving them non existing medical procedure codes. It is my opinion they were trying to commit fraud to the insurance company and me the customer. I had to basically get my insurance company to educate and get this false ideology out of the office managers(Mr.Russell) head about how insurance works over the phone (it was a three way call I heard everything up in till Mr.Russell said" is he on the phone" its my opinion almost like he's had experience with customers calling their insurance companies on him to get there(MOSG) intentional mistakes straightened out) all i heard was the insurance rep. explain the basics of how medical/dental insurance works and how my deductible had a roll in how much I owed also Mr.Russell said it goes to dental first and then medical because we are a dental facility and the rep. explained it was the other way around it gets submitted to the medical then the dental because it's a medical procedure and you owe your customer hundreds of dollars.
This statement isn't fact I believe I read somewhere MOSG started and opened in 2007 it's my opinion you would think someone would be educated or employed other than father and son(Sharron Russell when I asked something about insurance and billing stated"I don't know about any of that stuff I just work here"after hearing that I thought to myself this is the lady who's name is on her practice what does she do take the trash out! After that I new I was getting the run around) who know about Healthcare Insurance Policies. Basically I played it cool until I received a check in the mail "I did get it" through my research and discoveries throughout the very stressful ordeal you think you can trust people(Sharron Russell overheard me tell the receptionists I have ADD dont let me forget my Dr. Exused from work note before my procedure while i was sitting in the operating chair she said with cunning speed" you have ADD and I said "yes"and she said"I'll have to remember that" at this point in time its my opinion she was thinking easy prey $$$ cha-ching) especially a doctor someone who is supposed to care for your health, my GOD I have been to alot of Doctors and its my opinion this was the worst!
Its my opinion all of this that im reporting is worth not letting your business try to steal from people ever again! I want the whole world to know its my opinion Sharron Russell wants to silence me through a fiverlous lawsuit so she and her family practice can keep committing insurance fraud and frauding her customers I would've called them patients but at this point it's my opinion there victims! Its my opinion since this business has a history of people on various review websites with vary negitive billing issues and I alone cant make all this up wish someone with power would see this and do a audit on MOSG and my opinion there will be some type of repercussions for fraudulent behaviors.
