Shatto Maurice Brown stole from people he has known and worked with for years this time... The companies and artists that were scammed were: The Fresh Fire Group, Visionary Casting, Kallabbo Music Group, etc.. I’m sure it will happen again..
Shatto Maurice Brown and Shatter Proof Marketing stated that the event would be hosted by 'Too Short', which is part of his pattern.. Shatto Maurice Brown will always try to use a 'big name' to try to legitimize the event or make it seem more established and backed by some big names... The 'big name' never shows up to any event with Shatter Proof Marketing or Shatto Maurice Brown's name on it..
It the emails below, you will see that I tried to warn the parties involved and later received word back from the companies listed above that Shatto Maurice Brown stole all of the ticket sale money.. I wanted to follow up with you and your organizations regarding Shatto Maurice Brown, Shatter Proof Marketing, and The After Krush Event (on EventBrite - http://theafterkrush.eventbrite.com/ ). I have received word from Visionary Casting, Kalabbo Music, Fresh Fire Group, and Blackstarr Productions that Shatto Maurice Brown has in fact stolen all the ticket sale money that was generated by Event Brite... From this Event Brite Event, Shatto Maurice Brown was able to steal $7600, and this is the amount we have found evidence of so far... Just as I had warned them and Event Brite that he would. The last time this happened (that I have been able to obtain evidence of) Shatto Maurice Brown stole over $19k by generating a fake event and utilizing the names and brands of Playboy, Jay Z, Kanye, etc.. I sincerely apologize for sending these messages if you believe that this has nothing to do with you or your organization. I had felt compelled to send this warning out because Shatto Maurice Brown continues to use the Event Brite portal and brand, the Playboy brand, KIIS / KDAY / KPWR radio stations and the DJ names, and the charity names and brands to market fake events for his own theft or profit. This particular event, was planned by others and Shatto Maurice Brown was able to secure another Event Brite Account and funneled the ticket sale money straight into his bank account.. I am not sure how he was allowed to open/start another Event Brite Account and page, since he had previously defrauded Event Brite and many others, but apparently not many are listening to the warnings until after they have already been burned by this individual and his schemes. The other companies and individuals that were defrauded in this particular event have contacted me and asked for help, and I am able to provide additional evidence to the Event Brite staff and legal team if they are interested in investigating this further. If this fraud and theft does not bother the Event Brite team or anyone else that has been copied on this email, then I apologize for the inconvenience and I wish you all the best..

Powers, and for over 25 years my I.T. consulting company, and my media consulting company has provided technical support to many companies, organizations, and projects throughout the U.S. (i.e.: X Factor, American Idol, Oscars, Emmys, Grammys, Summer/Winter Olympics, TVN, built VOD Networks for Comcast/Charter/Time Warner/Cox/etc. (every major cable provider in the US), Built the Back Channel networks for Satellite Radio and DMX, UCLA, USC, FOX Networks, CBS, Teleflora, Figi Water, Millennium Hotels, BNSF, Johnson Controls, Creative Technology, Creative Circle, LA City Council Members, etc.), most of the executives and companies that I work with use AT&T Business Solutions. In an effort to gain some assistance, I have asked some colleagues of mine for some contact information of some representatives who would find it necessary to address an on-going FRAUD issue that I and many others that work with the entertainment industry have experienced… Your names were given to me and referenced as individuals who would be able to address this issue.. Mr. Shatto Maurice Brown, who’s legal name is Maurice Lamont Brown, has been creating Fake Events, committing Fraud, and manipulating/defrauding/stealing from individuals who are striving to be in entertainment or already work in entertainment. Mr. Shatto Maurice Brown, a convicted felon (see attached), has already been able to defraud Event Brite previously (see attached), and has been able to convince people to co-sign, sponsor, or support his “promotional events”. Usually the people that end up supporting/sponsoring Mr. Shatto Maurice Brown, are those who are willing to help others and have good hearts, but are unaware that Shatto Maurice Brown intends to defraud patrons.
Mr. Shatto Maurice Brown’s most recent effort, is the event listed in the subject, The After Krush event on Event Brite – (http://theafterkrush.eventbrite.com ). This event has been promoted as the “After Party” for the Krush Groove concert that 93.5 KDAY is hosting at the Gibson Amphitheatre (http://www.boxofficehero.com/boh-event/171028-kday-krush-groove-universal-city-ca-tickets ). I was asked by Mr. Shatto Maurice Brown, who I had met at a church years ago, for help and support in putting together some events last year, and believing that I was helping someone out, I had agreed. After personally witnessing, many instances of complete unprofessionalism and questionable business practices. I investigated further and then confronted Shatto Maurice Brown about his business practices.. I was horrified to find out that Shatto Maurice Brown has been defrauding organizations, sponsors, charities, and paying customers, all under the mirage of a promotional event. Once I realized this, I had removed myself from all dealings with Shatto Maurice Brown, and I hired private investigators to help me gather evidence to help put a stop to this fraud. I have presented evidence to the law enforcement authorities, LA Casting, SAG, and every organization or talent that has needed it to help their case against Shatto Maurice Brown. For Example: A couple of years ago, Shatto Maurice Brown promoted a fake “Playboy Mansion – Winter Wonderland” Event, stating that he had Jay-Z and Kanye West on-board to host the event. This was NOT the case. Shatto Maurice Brown, was never in contact with either celebrity’s team or management, and had never solidified any agreement with them. When the Playboy team started to experience difficulty with Shatto Maurice Brown’s commitment to certain deliverables, Shatto would claim illness or a member of the family’s death.. To make a long story short.. Shatto Maurice Brown would use Jay-Z’s, Kanye’s, Toys for Tots, Playboy and the Playboy Mansion’s names on all marketing materials to solicit, promote, and collect ticket sales (see attached) for an event that is not even close to solidified, contracted, or agreed upon verbally or otherwise… Then, as negotiations and discussions would breakdown as the event drew closer, he would still be ok with everything because in the end he has collected ticket sale money and would blame the “Names Attached to the Event” for its failure.. He would blame the “Big Names” Attached to the event knowing that the individuals who had paid for ticket sales, would not go after Playboy or the Artists for their money back.. In most cases the individual, charity, and sponsor would chalk it all up to a loss.. In this case over $19k was stolen, (see attached), and the Event Brite bill was not even paid.. When the Winter Wonderland event at the Playboy Mansion was cancelled and all of the funds raised by Shatto Maurice Brown were collected, – over $19k – then, Shatto Maurice Brown did the same thing a few months later with a Valentine’s Event.. And the next big scam was with his Shatter Proof Music Group and the fake Dogg Town Music Group, that he stated that he created in partnership with Snoop Dogg.. All put together to defraud companies, partners, sponsors and eventually paying customers.. These are only a few of the many examples of Shatto Maurice Brown’s fraud. So far, investigators have been able to find evidence of theft and fraud of over $50k, and have secured evidence of over $120k over the past 5-7 years.. Shatto Maurice Brown, has already been convicted of Theft (see attached) and charged with Fraud (see attached) previously and continues down the same path with new victims, as any career felon would do.. These allegations are based off of the evidence from my investigators and my own investigations. I had felt it necessary to pursue these investigations based on my own experiences/dealings with Shatto Maurice Brown, and witnessing him defraud talent and production companies..
There are many more examples and instances that I can list here, but I will leave the investigation up to you.. There are many incredible, creative, brilliant, and amazing people and organizations within the entertainment industry that work with integrity, and I have felt the need to expose Shatter Proof Marketing, and Shatto Maurice Brown for his continued fraud because I don’t believe that anyone else should need to experience the drama or the pain that seems to follow Shatto Maurice Brown.. Again, I state these allegations based off of my own experiences and investigations, and if your experience has been different, then I wish you all the best in your endeavors.. My warnings and sharing of my experiences drew legal action by Shatto Maurice Brown in 2012, but the judge dismissed the case after reviewing my evidence, finding all of my evidence credible, and finding Shatto’s record, behavior, evidence, and character questionable. After my evidence was submitted, and before the judge’s dismal of the case, Shatto Maurice Brown threatened me and my family (see attached), which regardless of how upset someone is, this is unacceptable.. The attached picture/text was also sent to my wife.. (see attached).. I share all of this to try to spare others of what I have gone through.. Again, your organizations are free to do as they choose, it is a free country.. I hope whatever you decide works out well for you and your organizations…

There are many models, sponsors, people and talent that have been ripped off since last year.. Some new ones have called and written, and I (along with law enforcement) are taking the time to verify the evidence and help prepare their lawsuits for them.. Shatto Maurice Brown has been difficult to serve papers to in the past since he is always couch surfing and always 'in need' and having to stay at someone's house because he cannot seem to find a real job.. There are several agencies that have on-going investigations, to look into the cases of fraud, theft, and other illegal actions by this organization. The number of models and talent being scammed is growing, and the law enforcement organizations are investigating this and taking action. There are now groups actively receiving calls from talent, sponsors, casting directors, and others who want to join the civil lawsuits, against Shatterproof Marketing and its one employee - Shatto Maurice Brown... Shatto Maurice Brown has now started to threaten those who are speaking up against Shatterproof Marketing and its one employee - Shatto Maurice Brown's illegal actions, and Police reports have been filed in 3 counties now to address these actions and issues.. I personally received a text threatening to kill me, my wife, my 2 year old baby girl, and my 15 year old step-son because I refuse to stop warning people about Shatterproof Marketing and its one employee - Shatto Maurice Brown's continued fraud, scams, and theft of money from models, talent, photographers, sponsorship companies, etc.. I uploaded this evidence to the websites listed above as well.. Shatto Maurice Brown told everyone that he was going to 'make me pay' and 'make me apologize publicly' and that he was going to shut me up by taking me to court, and he tried.. The case was thrown out because the judge and the court found his claims and allegations to be false, without merit, and void of solid evidence.. He even claimed in his court documents that I threatened him with bodily harm in the courthouse.. They checked the cameras and found that I was not even in the building or parking lot on the days in question.. The truth is that I didn't even know where Apple Valley was until I received court papers from there and drew a map on my phone.. They also checked all of my phone records and verified that every claim that Shatto Maurice Brown had against me was false.. I decided to take action after I was taken advantage of, and when I witnessed more of Shatter Proof Marketing's fraud and theft of money from: a Casting Director ($600), Michael Bell - photographer ($200), Paloma Lozano ($200), Damien Benson ($200), Carol Seleme ($445), Mindy Robinson ($2850), Julianna Cain ($3800), Jennifer Allford, Charisa De La Cruz, Yvette Chavez ($135), Avalise La Von ($600), Rosa Martinez ($300, and $2850), Valerie Tran ($200), RC Levell - Sponsorhip Dollars ($9500), Reyna Trevino, Jasmine Santiago, and many more...

Shatto will lie and say all kinds of lies and mean things about me and the others who have spoken up about him, left him or have discovered the truth, but I am someone who used to go to church with Shatto Maurice Brown whose real legal name is Maurice Lamont Brown (on his driver's license - old one anyway, before it was revoked because of past due child support in the amount of $120k+, and on his ID and court cases say Maurice Lamont Brown), and I have been running my own businesses long before I even met him... He needed a place to stay and I tried to help him out (just like Mindy, Charisa, and several others). My experiences with him and his lies are written down for those who are willing to have an open mind... You don't have to believe me, if you believe that you have a great working relationship with Shatto Maurice Brown then great, I wish you all the best... But, please take a few moments to read my experiences so that you do not get hurt the way that many others have.
There are several other models and now casting directors are coming forward and revealing how they have been ripped off by him. Many of these people are willing to share their experiences and you can speak with as well. WE are all reaching out because it is very hurtful the way Shatto Maurice Brown manipulates people. He gets you to feel sorry for him, and then when you try to help him out, he uses and manipulates you.. it is subtle and it happens slowly over time, but it is damaging... He will tell you that all of these people have stolen from him or that they are jealous, which is a bunch of lies.. He has nothing.. no connections, no pull, no friends, no money, no car, no driver's license, and no future with the way he is treating people in the industry and in everyday life... You can experience it for yourself and see what we mean.. The stories he will tell you will not add up, he will backtrack and say he didn't say that, he will have lie after lie, he will manipulate you, he will talk down to you and treat you horribly.. and it will all become clear at some point...
Just as an FYI.. here are a few items you should know from the lies he has told me... Shatto Maurice Brown does NOT help people like he states he does.. Shatto Maurice Brown ends up helping himself and then tells everyone the opposite.. It's the same as the stories he tells - Shatto Maurice Brown will speak as if he is the victim, but the reality is Shatto Maurice Brown is the one who victimizes the people who try to help him. Which is why we speak out, because we do NOT want to see others hurt or taken advantage of like we were.. If you spend any amount of time with him you will notice that his stories never add up. He will tell you that his mother has died, his sister kicked him our of his own house and took his car.. I spoke to his sister, and these things are not true.. Who knows the real truth about him or his family, because he spends so much time lying about everything it is hard to believe anything that comes out of his mouth.. His family did contact me though.. When they had received a copy of the court documents and evidence of all of Shatto Maurice Brown's fraud, I received calls that same day from Shatto Maurice Brown's family calling to apologize to me.. His own sister called me to apologize for HIS behavior and to tell me that she kicked Shatto Maurice Brown out of HER house (not his house like he tells people), and his own family has contacted me and 2 other victims of his scams to state that they were ripped off too, and that they apologize for the headaches and heartaches he has caused.. Shatto Maurice Brown stole money from his own family.. Shatto Maurice Brown's entire code of ethics, moral compass, etc.. is so completely off and it is so horribly shocking to me and the others above who have been ripped off by him.. Shatto Maurice Brown has nothing but time, since he never works and spends all of his time creating this mirage of a fake life online, and there seems to be nothing he will not lie about.. He is not traveling to all of these places he checks in to. I have witnessed him checking in like he is out partying, when he is just sitting in front of the computer or in front of the TV.. He does not have a car, and the DMV will NOT issue him a drivers license. I personally witnessed the DMV rep tell Shatto Maurice Brown that he will NOT be issued a driver's license until he resolves the years of back child support he owes.. I just added evidence to the blog showing that Shatto Maurice Brown owes over $120k+ in back child support.. He has never paid anything, and is running from the authorities because of that and the instances of theft, fraud, and forgery that he has been charged and convicted of (evidence of all of this is in the blog) He is always loosing his wallet or it gets stolen from him when it is time for him to pay for something.. Shatto Maurice Brown has court cases pending and is still going to be held accountable for his fraud, theft, and other crimes. He doesn't pay his child support, which is why he never sees his daughter, his baby momma does not want anything to do with him and she did NOT kidnap his daughter because she has custody of her... In fact she has been trying to find Shatto Maurice Brown to get his to pay the over $120k+ in back child support, so Shatto Maurice Brown has been in hiding from the police and authorities for quite some time now.. In fact, the child support folks and another agency contacted me to ask how they can get in touch with Shatto Maurice Brown..
The latest check performed with the state of California authorities shows that he is a fleeing fugitive.. He has been taken to court several times for fraud, theft, etc.. and was charged with fraud and theft, and then convicted of theft... I have actually been too busy to write or even care about the continued lies, scams and fraud of Shatto Maurice Brown lately, but since he is still trying to recruit talent and models, I figured I would find the additional evidence and put up another warning.. He is already scammed a lot of people, but the most recent people he has been reaching out to and the new talent may not be aware of his scams.. I know I probably shouldn't care about warning people, but I do it because I am hoping that people do not get taken advantage of like I have, and so many others..
