I called the mid city auto salvage this morning asking to speak to Mr. Ed or Alfred Talynski the President and Vice President of the company which I was transferred to the infamous Shaun Brayden. Shaun refused to give me his name and said he did not have to because he was the corporate manager. I recognized his voice from previous conversations. I told him I was calling back to check the status of my refund check he said that he had mailed on 3/15/05. His reponse was "you people can't F------ wait a F------ a week. I said Mr. Brayden I have been waiting for 2 months for my transmission or money. I then asked if he could fax me a copy of the check so that I knew for sure he had sent it. He then began to curse at me. I responded by telling him I was recording our conversation. He then responded by saying "F------ record this and proceeded to hang up. The phone did not hang up and I was able to hear his conversation with the employees in the background. Mr. Brayden was telling them. "Just send him his F------ money, get him off my A--. He has already contacted an attorney and called the city attorney's office." He then went on to talk about another customer. After waiting approxiametely 5 minutes he must have realized the phone was off the hook and hung up. Not knowing that I heard everything he said. Will SEASIDE, California

I did receive the check after pulling teeth from Shauwn Brayden. However, I will not give up the fight and help other consumers expose this business and their business practices so if anyone needs any potential witnesses please put me on the list. Thank God this is all over.

Shauwn I am not going to lower myself to your level. I have no reason to lie and the tape recorded conversation will prove that I am not lying.

If the FBAA would like a copy of the tape I can easily supply them with it. Shauwn its seems like your response is always putting blame on USPS or UPS but not on your company. I asked for a copy of the check but was refused. If its USPS fault of the slow mail then please provide me a copy of the check.

After we found out that the customers order got damaged in shipping we send him a refund check.
We can not control the time frame of USPS.
We never swore at the customer actually he was swearing at every single employee every single day.
