Complaint Review: Daimler Chrysler Motors - Shaver Auto Center

Shaver Auto Center, Daimler Chrysler Corporation ripoff hid Maroney sticker, upped interest after signing, won't fix lemon. These people have no regard for customers or safety factors never mind honesty, integrity and reliability. San Bernardino California

In our opinion Shaver Auto is a "shady" place to do business. At purchase, Shaver hid Maroney sticker (hear us CA District Attorney?),overcharged us $5,000 then came back to raise interest rate on dubious contract (Shaver sets rates, not lender). Charged us for First Extended warranty but they kept the $3,000.

After 2 years attorney is removing self from case because we don't have money to fight Shaver Auto Center and Daimler Chrysler since lemon cases are hard to prove (why is that?). PT Cruiser stinks from foul air conditioning, emergency brake slips, transmission doesn't always catch, oil consumption problems, failed engine leak-down compression test by Daimler.

In our opinion, these people have no regard for customers or safety factors never mind honesty, integrity and reliability. Shaver laughed at us when we threatened to sue Daimler Chrysler because it is such a large corporation. Our personal opinion is that they are greedy, nasty and unprofessional and we hope more people catch on to their sneaky business practices.
