Complaint Review: Shaw Industries

original carpet purchased from clydes carpet aka dalton direct flooring in nov 2001, filed complaint of excessive wearing and shedding in january 2002, rep. from store came to house and inspected. new carpeting was approved and installed in march 2002.

In july 2002 filed another claim for the same reason, took bags of fiber to store, had inspectors state there was excessive matting & crushing. shaw industries denied my claim carpet looks like it is years only & has been down for only months when it began to show wear.
