Shaw Industries forces their retailers to administrate warranty claims rather than handle them directly. Thus, the retailers do not have the incentive to handle warranty claims due to the time and expense. As a result, warranty claims do not get resolved in a prompt manner if at all. What you do get from Shaw and the online retailer is a lot of lip service. DO NOT BUY SHAW PRODUCTS. That is my experience and opinion.
