I rented at this place and he is a crook.  Left the place twice as clean then when I had moved in and he took my secuirty deposit.. said they were for cleaning fees! Would never fix anything when living there.

This is is an attempt by an evicted tenant to discredit me and my business. I have been renting apartments for over 20 years and have never ripped anyone off. I follow all laws governing landlord and tenants. I have personal and tenant references who can attest to my character and integrity!
