I bought 2 colors sidekicks thru paypal around 7/13. I paid $340. They were supposed to be overnighted to me.
The next day I did not recieve anything. I emailed him about it and he did not reply.
Then 4 days later he gives me a tracking number. I trace it and the package is sent media mail.
I finally get it 8 days later and it is a box with some empty staples boxes inside. Paypal was unable to give me a refund and neither was he.

I hope you used your credit or debit card (not a check or ACH draft) to fund the Paypal tranaction. If you did, you can recover your funds via your card issuer. Report this to them ASAP-don't take no for an answer-just because he can prove you received a package doesn't mean the package had in it what you purchased. I do not know how much your bank can help you if you funded the transaction with a check or ACH draft, but if you did, I would still contact them to see if there is anything they can do.
