Complaint Review: Shawn Marlon Pascua

Mr. Pascua was hired to do automotive repairs for my two Mercedes.  He was paid hundreds of dollars for parts and labor.  His work was never completed and much of it had to be completely done over or replaced.

While in possession of my car, he received several tickets which he refused to pay and were traced back to me.  He claims to have ran a SMOG check which the DMV says they never received and he was unable to produce resulting in an incomplete registration.
