Please provide us with "Your Proof" of purchase and we will provide you proof of the refund. If you did not get your money back, please let us know who you paid and we will be glad to provide proof they received a refunds in March-April 2014. According to our records, not one of these claims including yourself is a client in our database, so its not worth our time to response. For the record this will be the last time we will response to your claims.

As for our companies, Mr. Randleman and Ms. Story their reputation stands strong so your attempts to ruin their reputation based on false accusations has failed. The lavish lifestyle you claim is from hard work and dedication from years of experience. Everyone knows the pictures you provide in your claim came from a NYC 2013 (Check the Dates on Facebook), before we every done business with anyone of the people claim we rip off. Our team thanks you for the challenge and look forward to whatever false accusations you claim next. It's clear to anyone who reads your rebuttal, that these are emotional outburst with no facts. The link to April 9th conference call summarize all of your claims are false and the fact that the program is still running and growing rapily.

As a company who promotes "Purpose" we hope you use your time wisely in life towards your goals and dream. Allowing  one situation to Disturb your life is very dangerous towards your growth as a professional. The reason Shawn Randleman waited is so that he could think of an excuse that sounds sophisticated enough to be believable

that's what he does best he uses corporate lingo to make it sound good. The bottom line is Shawn Randleman mislead a few hundred people about having permission 

From Viridian to generate  customers for the entire network after he received well over $40,000 in the form of $100.00 fee's from hundreds of individuals he changed his whole story about what he was given permission to do. He never refunded any money and never provided any services.  Shawn is a their and a cold blooded liar

Him and his girlfriend April Story spent all the money they swindled in New York shopping.  The receipt he posted is a fraud it took 2 months to come up with that one. Nice try knucklehead.

As a company of high ethical standards these claims are completely false against Mr. Shawn Randleman and any of Smart Venture Concepts partnering companies. These claims are misleading and an attempt to defame our brand. Team leaders of a MLM company named Viridian hired SMART In Concepts to assist them in developing a lead generation program for their business. They were supposed to raise $75k to complete this project but never reached their goal. We are extremely glad they did not because as we further investigated their opportunity, It was clear that they were not supposed to use leads at all in their business model according to compliance regulations of Viridian.

Our company has refunded all team leaders their money back. The receipt is attached from our merchant processor. So the $40,000 claim in this report is inaccurate. When we established our new program it was clearly stated we were no longer working with the Viridian project. We developed new connection program teaching organizations, in general, how to generate their own customers. Out of the 300 plus people only 38 people join the new program, which clearly stated we don’t not provide leads. Many individuals were still misinforming their team so Mr. Randleman made a public announcement discussing the changes in the program on April 9th, here is link to recording (http://stme.in/HNkqPAMvs).

These people got upset and sought after another company which provided them leads, but used identity theft  to gather customers for their business. In May, Viridian’s Legal team shut down all of their businesses for illegal practices, unrelated to our company at all.  Various individuals, 9 out of 38, tried to chargeback, over 45 days later, based on their business being shutdown by Viridian.  Our program has no refund policy if not claim within 7 business days after purchasing. As of September 1st our new program has expanded to over 100 very happy customers and we still currently have 29 of the original people who moved to the new program.

We have reviewed our records and not one of these claims have done business directly with our company. We ask that you refrain from slandering Mr. Randleman, April Story (who has never done business with anyone in either program), SMART In Concepts, WebSourcez, P’Caux Cosmetics’ and any of our other entities. We also ask that everyone who made this claim attach a receipt with YOUR NAME. If you can not provide a receipt with your name you should not be making false claims.  For all individuals who have receipts from us dated between the months of February and March can provide proof of refunds. Yes its all true Shawn Randleman stole money from unsuspecting people who were part of A deregulated energy company . He promised to give each person who paid him $100.00 a total of 32 electric customers or solar customers. Shawn said he would deliver in 90 days starting in march of 2014. Well it never happened and he collected a total well over $40,000.

He also moved to New York with his girlfriend April Story right after he got everyone's money. They used the money to buy expensive items and throw party's for P'Caux cosmetics a company they use to hustle money from unsuspecting investors. We never got refunds or any delivery of services from this conman and his associates. Over 200 people were scammed by these individuals. 

WebSourcez was established June 2006 and has been a Wild West Domain Super Pro API Reseller since conception. WebSourcez provides domains, hosting, and web development. In Feburary 2013 Mr. Shawn Randleman, CEO, went to NYC (note all pics in this report are from NYC "2013") to evaluate potential expansion of WebSourcez to NYC. He was also expanding our resellers and marketing partnerships which extends from Microsoft and Elance for programmers during this trip.

In July of 2013 several investors came on board to fund our project for a New York expansion in 2014. As of June 30 this year WebSourcez turned 8 years old and has never done business with anyone from these false claims. As you read closely on these claims, you can see these emotional outburst from several individuals who researched and tied multiple businesses that Mr. Randleman is invovled in to slander his reputation.

There seems to be multiple rebuttals to this rip off report. Anyone reading these rebuttals be aware that all of the rebuttals are from the same individuals. The main focus of these rebuttals is to claim that these other companies which are operated by the same individual never did business with anyone filing the ripp off report. THe reason this rip off report was filed was to warn other people of doing business with Shawn Randleman and April Story which includes any other fly-by-night companies that they operate. Also notice the mispellings and incorrect grammer in those rebuttals. Paux Cosmetics claimed in thier rebuttal.. "This is a complete "defecation" of our business brand under false accusation. "Defecation??" They also stated.."The claims against one of our investing partners, Smart Venture Concepts, are false and misleading." The only ones that are false and misleading here are Shawn Randleman and April Story. Theres are plenty of documention by countless people that can be provided to show the theft by these idvividuals.

P’Caux Cosmetics was established in March 2012 by April Story and is a separate Limited Liability Corparation which SMART Venture Concepts and several others invested in December 2013 (note before this falsely claim incident). P’Caux Cosmetics "Lipstick on a Wine Glass" events are social networking and appreciation events for Crowdfunding Campaign Supporters. 

None of these claims reported are true and our CEO or P'Caux staff has ever conducted business or even spoken to these individuals. This is a complete defecation of our business brand under false accusation. The claims against one of our investing partners, Smart Venture Concepts, are false and misleading.
