Complaint Review: Shawn Waters Benefit Driven Marketing Consultants Inc. a thief and a liar

I know of two situations where Shawn Waters misrepresented what he could do.

The first one was to help in an estate situation. He said he needed to be put on the title to the home in order to put money into the house so it could be flipped for a profit. Although he did some work, it was of very poor quality and did not pay what was promised.

The other one was where he used the same false story to worm his way into a land deal and ripped off the property owner of a substantial equity that the owner had in the deal by pretending he would get a loan on the property and it had to show as a refinancing so that it would not be considered a sale.

He is very smooth. Don't be deceived by this thief and a liar.
