I ordered a sweater over a month+ ago for a Christmas present and I still haven't received it. I contacted them after 2 weeks because I hadn't gotten a tracking number. They broke down the time it takes and if I go by there guidelines I should have it by now. I wish I read the reviews because this is a total SCAM!! I can't believe they're still in business - the MUST have lawsuits against them!?. I just don't get it! OH! They even sent me a tracking number 2 weeks ago and when you put the number into UPS it doesn't even exist!! What the ....?!
