March 2012 , I purchased an upside down 2012 kia soul. I and John Sims( general mangerment) came to an agreement that Mr. Daniel will give back the kia soul and work for Kia. Plus shawnee Mission Kia wil give Mr. Daniel a car to drive and the 24,000 a year.
However, I was targeted prior to the employment. The first week, I became aware of this hostile work environment. Isadrayo(detail supervisor) and Carver Harris sold drugs. The texting and phone calls that caused absurd traffic. Staff coming to work high on weed, smoking weed in cars with friend ,plus drinking, Favortism were giving to several staff to leave work several hours and extended luch break without clocking out.
Therefore, I made claims with Isadrayo supervior then followed the chain of command. In the midst of this hostile work environment, I began a daily log report. I was threatened several times of getting fired. Plus wrote up for having a notebook on the property. I was called a snitch because I told Kurt Ellerman about the misuse of the phones, lunch breaks and drug traffic.
July 28,2012 I was forced to leave the detail department and worked inside the automotor shop. Isadrayo, Carver and Kurt Ellerman wanted me away from the drug organization. The plan was to move me out the door. 08-22-2012 I cutted left thum,08-23-2012 motor declined on right hand.
Kurt ellerman told Mr. daniel on both injuries, It was best for I to find another job and I was sent home. After working one week light duty, I was terminated. I filed worker comp claim. Then on 09-17-2012, Kurt Ellerman made false trespassing and criminal threat charges. I was illegaly confined for two months and repoed my 2004 ford focus. I'm a former employee of Shawnee Mission Kia and was working for the company at the same time as this gentleman. And despite the fact that I'm 99.9% certain I was fired due to my religious beliefs and could care less about this company, his story is not 100% true.
After he made the claims that employees were smoking marijuana on the job, the GM subjected everyone accused to a drug test and no illegal drug of any kind was found in their system. When informed that his claims were proven false, he began making up stories and other false claims about other employees. It was them determined that his employment should be terminated.
Shortly after this happened he kept coming by to speak with the GM and the Service Director. He was told on numerous occasions that they did not want to speak with him. Finally a restraining order was filed against him because he left several voice mails threatening harm against the GM.
The day he was arrested for trespassing (this took place after the restraining order was issued) the police found a handgun in his vehicle along with several rounds of ammunition. When he was released from jail, he continued to call the company asking to speak with This gentleman needs help from a medical professional and anything he says about this company should not be taken seriously.
