Shea Fashions Took My Money - Never Sent The Product ! Internet
I am a huge fan of LV Murkami Multi-color fashions, in particular the white mulitcolor line. I found this website through a friend who had no complaints with getting her items.
I ran across there LV Murkami Multi-color white umbrella which i thought would look fantastic once i got the matching REAL purse.
Well I order the umbrella on 12/26/03. They charged the amount to my credit card. They tell you to give them 7-14 buisness days before calling in to inquire on your delivery. I gave them 20 days. I called and they said that they receive there orders from over seas. And should be getting that shipment soon. I then called them back 7 days later, another lady explained to me that sometimes there shipments from overseas come in smaller shipments from customs because they are " replicas". Then send them over in mini shipments. But reassured me I would get it soon, " at least before it rains" she said. The nieve person that I am said that it was fine, as long as I get it by the end of the month. She explained that it should be in at least by 2/1/04 if not then around that time. She thanked me for being so patient and told me she would give me a $20.00 Credit towards my next purchase from Shea Fashions.
That was that. A few days into February I went to check the site again and its says " Shea Fashions is Temporaily Closed =("
It is now 2/26/04 and the sign is still up and YES I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE UMBRELLA. The thing that bothers me is that they charged me - before i even got my purchase. They should NOT Charge you untill they know the product was safely delivered by their currier. So not only did i get charged for something - - i also never got it. This is an outrage. On there site they leave contact information ( info@sheafashions.com) I have emailed several times asking for the credit back and have not received a single reply back. WAY TO GO SHEA FASHIONS - THATS HOW YOU DO BUISNESS !
