I ordered an online cerfitcation Cd from Shear Essence Salon, INC. after receiving the CD, it would not work. I had to call this company 3 times to get in contact with the owner Rhonda Robinson. After speaking with her, she sent another Cd, with no writing on it and scratches on the Cd, I emailed her with my concerns. Ms. Robinson got upset because I requested my $368.95 back and started sending me very very threatening and vulgar emails. I even contacted this company to advised that I am sending the Bootleg CD's back and she sent another email, cursing me and stating that she did not want the CD's while her threats became more obscene and out of character for a "business owner". This is a lesson well learn, everything that sounds great is not. I am a cosmetology student who is trying to learn new techniques for my future clients, and not get rip off by a company who claims to be the best. This is flat out untrue from the very first sentence. Who in their right mind would pay $368 as you say for a CD? Lets tell the truth here. Its not like it cannot be found on the website http://www.HairVideosByRhonda.com A CD for $49.95 was included with the "Success Package" / "Online Certification" you ordered. The remainder funds of $299 was for my private vendor/manufacturer list and a few other items, that I use to have a successful profitable retail business. Something I decided to share with upcoming MOTIVATED stylists that I train. It clearly says throughout the website numerous times (for people like you) "no refunds due to the content provided". If I was to allow you to return my vendor list, then I would be ripped off. Since, all you would have to do is go make copies. Besides, the claim you filed was up to paypal not I. Apparently they felt the same way as well and you lost the claim you filed. As you say the $49.95 CD video did not work. It's a CD, a CD plays in a laptop not a DVD player. As for bootleg, the correct definition of bootleg: Bootleg is when you steal someone else's copyrighted material and redistribute. :) I'm in all the videos. It's my material. Just because its not labeled do not make it bootleg. You had already received a labeled copy that you also claimed did not work. Yes, I'm unavailable because I'm running a corporation doing a 100 things a day. I do not answer phones or ship the goods out. I have a paid professional staff / customer service in place to handle these things for me. Obscenity's?, clearly you must have stated verbal threats first in a tantrum to get a refund. I do not fly off the handle just because the sky is blue. Yes, I am a professional business woman. No, I will not be threatened and talked to any kind of way because of money spent for a product you ordered and received "TWICE". Signed Ms. Robinson.

I tried to accommodate this young lady. She is complaining about a PORTION of the Online Certification Success Package, which is the CD (Value $59.95). She even states herself, I sent her a 2nd CD trying to appease her. The CD is not bootleg, I make them myself and I am the owner of the CD. She know and I know she was not due a full refund if the CD did not play. She received also received confidential documents and information that was also included in the package, which she never attempted to mail back to the company. In order to receive a refund, everybody knows you have to ship what you purchased back to the business. I have a strong track record of helping and assisting others in Hair Extension Training etc. I am not in business to take from or harm anyone. You can see that from all the information I provide on all my websites. There's just some you cannot please no matter what. If this customer was sincere, she knows she was only due a refund of $59.95 for the CD (but she was sent a 2nd as I mentioned earlier). She was not due $349.95.
