Complaint Review: Sheby Bucy

I purchased a dress for a my child doll on 3/10/03 did not recieve the dress for 4 weeks the whole time this seller was telling me that the dress was in the mail. She offered to remake a duplicate and send it out i never recieved that dress either. Than when i contacted her to get my money back i did not get a response.

I emailed her one last time to tell her that if i did not get a response i was going to leave negative feedback on ebay for her. Still no resonse so i left negative feedback for her. She left unneccesary negative feedback on me stating i need to watch my mailbox. I have bought several items from ebay sellers and the only problem seller i have come across has been her. I recieved everyting else.

I filled out a security complaint with ebay but since she kept telling me the dress was in the mail i thought i would give her the benifit of the doubt and waited one day to late. I had bought a couple of other outfits from her previuos to this one.

I had no problems with the first one, the second dress was not sent out until i made a security complaint which i removed the complaint after i had recieved the second dress. The third dress i have yet to recieve and this issue has not been resolved.

I have however discovered that she has been selling under to different email addresses and this one bigchz73@northnet.org has like 19 negative feedback and the second one shelbe9@yahoo.com has like 9 negative feedback and she keeps covering her tracks by leaving negative feedback on her rippedoff buyers. She is known as crazy4mychild which shows up on all of her ebay ads so you would think that ebay would do something to end her ripping people off.
