Sheila Ivy - 2 Posh Dames Co-owner: Beth Ordered $486 work of jewelry, selling at store, refuses to pay designer Cumming, Georgia
Sheila Ivy & co-owner Beth, 2 Posh Dames, ordered $486 worth of jewelry from my sales rep.
The jewelry is hand made to order & was shipped on good faith. The owners are happily selling my merchandise at their store since August 2011. The owners refuse to pay me for jewelry supplied to them. Taking merchandise & not paying for it is the same thing as stealing.
Sheila told our rep that she will write a check, however the rep called the bank & was told there was an issue, possibly insufficient funds? By law if you write a check with full knowledge there are no funds to back it up, you are essentially issuing a worthless check which is technically "fraud" & "theft".
Please do not shop at this store as you will be supporting their unethical business practices and will also be contributing to their stealing. I can't help but wonder what other stolen merchandise they are selling?
