Complaint Review: Sheila Jonsson spokesman for DateWon owner Soren Nielson of EM Artic ApS AKAAscio Tech

I received an e-mail stating I have won a cell phone. Of course I am curious, so I click and go to the web page. There I find a entry for the cell phone, I look for a section with fine print, cannot find any. I fill out the entry form pay .25cents and $1.00, I get to the bottom of the form, there underneath is the fine print in a box. Read the fine print, it states that the money paid will pay for a for 14 days on a trial "subscription" membership, and if not cancelled within the 14 days it will become full membership and I would be charged $60.00 a month.

I said no way, went back up to the form erased every thing in it, thought I beat the to the punch. I didn't think anything of (this all happened on the 10th of January) until on the 25th of January when I went into my checking account and found out they took out two $60.00 payments. I have no idea , they must have kept the checking account number for the .25cents and $1.00.

I thought I was being smart wiping everything out, but it did not help. The bank is working on it, I was smart enough to keep all the e-mails I have received from them. E-mails telling me they do not have my address, and if they did not receive it by the 24th of January, I am out the phone. I try to get an e-mail through with the address I have all I got out of that was it was probably a con game and get in touch with this web.
