Complaint Review: Shein

Shein No way to return because they don’t respond to multiple attempts to contact them…chat doesn’t work…nothing works

I need to return some shoes, so I need to select my order. When I try to bring up my orders the order isn’t there! I try to reach chat but it doesn’t work. Try to reach customer service and get an "Oops! Page doesn’t exist.” message. My time to return will run out before I will ever be able to contact them. This has to be the worst company as far as consumer contact is concerned!
