sheinside.com Horrible Return Policy , Internet
I ordered (and paid $78) for a women's shirt, a women's sweater and a pair of women's shorts. The website was very specific about sizes and measurements; so, I measured my bust, my waist and hips prior to placing my order. I waited nearly a month for my order to arrive (not realizing it was going to arrive directly from China). Upon opening the package, I found the sweater and shorts I ordered. No shirt. In their place was two necklaces. The shorts and sweater were both made of very cheap, poorly made fabric/material. The shorts fit me like skin - so tight I could barely get them zipped - not exactly the look I was going for. The sweater that was supposed to be a big, slouchy sweater was short-waisted almost like a crop sweater. The sleeves so short they almost looked three-quarter length. And don't get me started on the necklaces. Had I wanted cheaply made necklaces, I could easily have gone to a dollar store. sheinside.com's return policy??? I can exchange them for larger sizes - paying the $30-$40 shipping back to China myself or I can just eat the $78. NO REFUNDS - which is not clearly stated on their website. Their website states " Refund: If you are not satisfied with our items you can contact our service to get compensation due to quality problem." Their idea of a "quality problem" is if the clothing has holes or isn't functional. Not the overall quality of their bad sizing charts or cheaply made clothing/fabrics. Guess the local Goodwill just got another donation I will be able to take off my income taxes. My advice: don't order anything from sheinside.com because their clothes are cheaply made, you're not guaranteed what you ordered and their return policy is non-existent.

After many e-mails back and forth, sheinside.com gave me a return number. I paid $38 to return the order they sent me to China. After I returned the merchandise I was sent, they still refused to refund my money. The payment went through PayPal, so I contacted them about reversing the charges. They offered me a partial refund of $40. I refused the partial refund from PayPal - I was infuriated - I paid $78 for very low quality merchandise and another $38 for postage to return it to China and PayPal offered me a measly $40 - no way! I finally sent copies of the e-mail correspondence and shipping receipt to my credit card company and received a refund of the original $78. I felt a little more vindicated. I just wished I hadn't sent the stuff back to China and was out that $38. I think with the horrible quality of the clothing sent me by sheinside.com, my credit card company would have gone ahead and refunded my money either way! Don't give up; the sqeeky wheel gets the grease! Keep complaining to anyone/everyone who had anything to do with your purchase from sheinside.com: sheinside.com, PayPal and your credit card company...

I SO wish that I had read this before I ordered my items. My items will end up at Goodwill also. If I have know where these were coming from and the return/refund policy, I would have never ordered from them. I was shocked when I found out they were in China. They never alluded to where they were in any correspondence I had with them until I wanted a return authorization from them. They are ripping consumers off by not even acknowledging they are in China. My items didn't come with care tags, I have no idea what they are made of OR how to care for them.... How ridiculous!
