I ordered product which arrived damaged. I called customer service, product was resent and arrived damaged. I called customer service to report and attempted to order another product. I was told that a salesperson would contact me in 3 days. No contact received so I called back. I was told by customer service that a sales person would contact me in 3 days. Again no contact. I telephoned five times and was put on hold and disconnected. I got through and told the operator I wanted to speak to administration about a poor customer service issue.. Instead of my request she put me through to customer service. When I called back the operator informed me that her orders were to put all calls through to customer service. The customer service manager called me back and I explained to him that I wanted to report my poor customer service experiences to the president, vp, ceo etc. I was advised that they are much to busy to take these types of calls.
