Shell Gas Station Circle K Ignores car wash car damage Bolingbrook, Illinois
Went through car wash with a BMW 525i after getting gas, after the wash I noticed the side door trim piece missing, an employee said stop by later they remove loose parts and put them on side of wash. Next day they pointed me to an area with many loose car pieces including license plates, holders, trims, mirrors, etc. My trim was not there, a report was filed using their form. No response, talked to store many times, they always stated need to come back when manager is available. Damage done was just under my insurance deductable.
