Shell Gas Station On Hwy 77 Between Waco And Robinson Charging for gas not received Waco Texas
Gas pump #2 did not turn off. Removed nozel from tank and held it over my head and the gas was still shooting out. Managed to turn gas off at pump. I reported problem and was promptly charged for the gas that ran off, and was told "yeah it does that."
Gas pump #1 a week later. Gave attendant deposit to turn on pump. When I activated the pump it shot up to 21 cents owed. I turned off the pump and returned to the attendant and explained the problem, at which time I was charged 21 cents for the gas I did not receive.
