Shellie Cadogan is a fraud!!! OWNER OF SHOPPE TATTOO LONDON ONTARIO 2021/2022 She will aquire your property with Samuel Andre a person who has dementia (who she's currently conning). She will give you first and last payment and then stop paying rent. There will be excuses after excuses & she will not pay rent. She forges a credit report and uses fake refferals.
