ShellPoint Mortgage Servicing AKA Resurgent in Greensville, SC is sending BOGUS Letters with made up account numbers and amounts they claim owe on a loan that never existed in the place. I've never heard of this company and never sign a loan with them. Also they are sending people to homes delivering noticies about their account and taking pictures of the homes. None of these individuals are identify themselves nor are they asking for who the correspondence is for (asking for the person names on envelope) Advice to you anyone that is bring you a so call mortgage correspondence or no kind of indentification call your local police immediately and also notify the Federal Bureau Of Investigation because Shell Point Mortgage Servicing AKA Resurgent is a Mortgage Scam with bogus accounts and made up amounts. Mortgage Fraud is a Felony!!!
