I bought on-line their *PERSONAL ASSISTANT" program in May 11, 2006.

My credit card account was debited for the above item on 05/15/06 but I still have not received the program. I sent this message by email to support@shelltoys.com but the message was undeliverable. I sent dozens of faxes to their contact fax no 206 2024434 advertised in their web page but to date no reply. I want warn others of this rip-off company so they can avoid them.
