Shelly O'brian With Grand Crowne Resort Shelly O'Brian's lack of character and personal ethics Springfield Missouri
As an ex-employee of Grand Crowne Resorts working at their Springfield Telemarketing room, I was present on at least one occasion where Ms. O'Brian stated, "Pot smokers make the best salesmen." After interaction with Shelly on a daily basis for several months, I have developed the personal opinion that Shelly has a complete lack of ethical standards and will lie and deceive to achieve her personal goals. She is manipulative of the facts to support her position and is not above character assasination to get rid of people she deems, "Untrustworthy".
She practices nepotism by replacing long standing employess with relatives and in one instance her "Life Partner". Grand Crowne's Administrative personnel have allowed and condoned this behavior and these practices. I have no axe to grind in this situation as I have moved on by personal choice to bigger and better things. I just feel that Shelly O'Brian will eventuallly get her comeuppance and I wanted everyone to know she deserves it.

I work for Grand Crowne Resorts. I am a happy employee!
Since I have worked at Grand Crowne (almost a year), I've seen nothing but professionalism from the management. They have high ethical morals and standards.
I did not get a job here because I am a family member. I have not stayed here because I do drugs (I do not). I am still employeed here because I have worked hard and have proven that I am an asset to the company.
Thanks, Grand Crowne, and Shelly, for giving me the opportunity to make a good living at such a good company.
