I went online to request an exchange, but this name opened to Rotitia, who said they could not help me. There were no papers or any explanation in the package. This company shipped a small product without any paperwork or help in returning. When I googled the name, there are several entries that fit but, when you try one it opens to a different name. I sent several e-mails but they just told me it wasn't their product and they couldn't help. They didn't respond to my last letter.
