We've ordered a few hundreds LED Panel Lights, agreed to the price and shipping costs to the US.
After receiving the payment they were very slow to respond to requests for the status and updates on the manufacturing. Eventually, a few weeks after the agreed time, we got some photos of the goods, some time later we got photos of boxes in a delivery van supposedly on the way to a shipping company. They emailed me a bogus FedEx tracking number.
That's the end of our communication, the goods never arrived, nobody ever responded to our almost daily requests for an update or information about the shipping company. Several thousand of Dollars just disappeared.
