Complaint Review: Shenzhen Jindex Stock Co. Ltd.

Greetings.

I have a bitter experience with  the Company HongKong Jindex Stock Co. Ltd/Shenzhen Jindex Stock Co. Ltd. We are dealing and buying some CAD/CAM system plotter, software since 2009. within this time we received dameged/ used spare parts and dameged machine after LC payment again and again. Last time I sent them money in January to the company owner Liu Ming(Marco Liu)account. 5800 RMB and another 31 usd later. after payment, they send me a dameged motherboard which cost is 480 usd and customs expense was another 150 dollar.

After send it, we checked it and informed them again and again.their people did most dishonest thing with us.

and I paid 31 dollar today, when their sales guy Ms lilian told me to send it for some additional parts. after this, their sales person is telling , they will neither replace the dameged motherboard nor return the 31 dollar.

Even the motherboard and sticker on it is not from their company, We may change it.

Morover they are telling me , they will get a big amount from me, asking me to pay it.

Actually we will get return money from them due to earlier 3 dameged motherboard and this one also.

So we are interested informing their cheating history to peoples through web.
