Complaint Review: Shenzhen Top Era Technology Industrial Co. Ltd

I have done business with theis company a few times and everything seemed to be good, until i made a big order totaling 6-800$. After payment i recieved tracking info and package was siezed by customs, I contacted supplier with notification of the siezed package and asked for it to be kindly replaced. What i was told was that we are not responsible for siezed orders (like im supposed to be responsible), after attempt to reconcile the matter over skype conversations i was completely ignored, or after i started asking qestions tyler was magically out to lunch or signed offline. (what a chump)

I sent email after email to try and recieve further discounts for siezed items, and was given the run around. These people do not do legitmite business. Previous orders to that were sent were falling apart, customer complaints left and right, to the point to where i had to resolider the equipment myself. Logos falling off, packages not sealed and everytime i was given all the excuses in the book.

I also did dropship for other customers and he f**kked those orders up to and took no responsibility for the siezures or malfunctions. After the first siezure to one of my dropshippers i placed an order for myself since we had a good relationship so far and then my order gets siezed and he acts like thats the first time we have done business. That order was for 400$ to recooop for my dropshippers loss and for my loss. All and all the experince dealing with this guy and his company was horrible and they take no pride in customer care its all about the money and these thieves need to have the balls chopped off.  

They ship packages in these taped up boxes thats pieced together with pieces of cardboard with yellow packaging tape and  slip on the outside. After haveing that same awkward looking box siezed so many times at customs its like spotting a hooker in a church when this type of box shows up through customs along with the packageing slip that says some dumb repeatitive s**t. After my boxes were taken by customs i contacted customs and they told me that my package was an easy spot for fruad and inteculllal property violations etc.. Said you can try and get them back but we havent seen anyone get their items back and started his ole your the reason for the problem speech, I told em to blow it out his a*s suck d**k and some more very shiney language as i was up to my eyeballs in fustration.

I told this fool to change the address, names, packaging of the box and packaging slip. After the last order i had him send me a picture of the box he sent and it was the same exact boxes as the rest look retatred, nothing further i could do but wait and what happens the package gets siezed raped and stollen if you want you items to arrive dont shop with these THIEVES. My 2 cents...
