Sheraton Waikiki Poor English and very rude Asian room service employee by name of Tiffany Waikiki Hawaii

I recently stayed at Sheraton hotel in Waikiki for a business trip. Hell, was I disappointed. I chose the place because the location seemed great and in the middle of Waikiki. That day, in the morning went well. I had a long VIP meeting and just wanted to kick off my shoes at night.

Because of the meeting, I was really thristy for a cold drink and it was around 8:00 so I didn't want to go out to buy something. I was dead tired already. So, I decided to go out to see if I can find some ice or something for my warm water in the hotel room. 

I just opened my door and I saw an Asian room serivce girl doing her choirs. So, I just kindly asked her, do you know where I can get some ice? She not only rudely did not at first reply, but, just shook her head and said something I couldn't understand. I know this is Hawaii with a lot of Asian immigrants, but, this is a complete joke! Couldn't barely understood her poor English. I asked her again and saw her name tag, Tiffany. She finally pointed me to the lobby or something.

But, wow, okay, I know these people work hard, but, come on, at least hire people who can speak clear English, not just pointing me to something. This 3-4 star hotel better hire somebody better than this Tiffany straight hair Asian rude as hell room service employee.
