Complaint Review: Sherri loomer

I was the home buyer in this transaction with Sherri Loomer and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. When me & my husband entered the room we didn't even get as much as an introduction. She was extremely irritated when we asked questions like we had no right to do so.  

Our final issue after weeks of them waiting to fulfill Multiple items on our due diligence and ultimately NOT COMPLETING IT was...that The home we purchased was not professionally cleaned correctly like it stated in our contract and she was upset because she had to have the company come out twice.

We were also stood up by this cleaning company JanPro while waiting over an hour for them to show up and reclean. The checklist on the cleaning bill was ridiculous and nearly nothing had been done to match but SHERRI and the seller expected us to be happy and simply sign.

We are military and she poaches on military families swearing to specialize in military sales etc but She is NOT MILITARY friendly and she treated us as if the sale was a FAVOR and we should be grateful for her presence. After I asked her why she had such hostility and insisted it was not called for she continued being UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is supposed to be a happy time but instead I left the room crying and almost walked out the deal. My husband had to remind me that we wanted the home and that we would've lost money walking away.

This was the worst purchase and experience i have ever had and I would NEVER RECOMMEND SHERRI LOOMER TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY MY MILITARY FAMILY. Her client was upset from the beginning because we weren't happy with the half way job they attempted with our due diligence contract and she was rude as well and i don't understand how this type of business is conducted. I suspect there may have been some type of miscommunication between her and our realtor becuase she acted as if we caused her harm when we never even spoken to her before.... Our realtor did the communication. 

The ONLY contact that was initiated by us thru our realtor was to discuss things regarding our contract that in the end some were still left undone. Most of the things in our due diligence didn't even get done until the last 2 weeks anyways and the final clean which still wasn't done right happened the morning of our closing. The entire kitchen was nasty including the ovens and refrigerator which we they agreed to have cleaned in our contract.

The homeowner didn't even bother to clear out the home entirely. Several oxygen tanks, medical equiptment, and a large computer desk was left in the home without our knowledge and at the signing we were INFORMED that we would be contacted when someone could pick up the medical equiptment but the desk belonged to a family member so she just left it!!

The home was NOT cleaned thoroughly, things were left behind, and the entire ordeal has been a nightmare! I regret purchasing a home from them and I will never be able to take away the horrible feelings that came with this experience. SHERRI LOOMER is unprofessional and has no concern for selling a home the right way.... She just wants the papers signed and her check in hand regardless of how she attains it.
