Complaint Review: Sherum

Sherum the company won’t make good on them sending me fans instead of coolers i paid $150. for. they say i have to pay $80 to return items to china when they got shipped to me from . it’s their mistake but they won’t rectify Internet

Sherum advertises a cooler that cools off a room 20 degrees using less electricity saving your bill. that's not what they sent me.

the pakage came from ca and states on package shipper is not seller. i paid them $150 for 3coldeze coolers. they sent an email saying the coldeze coolers have been shipped. what i got were 3 desktop fans.

I tried calling the phone number on my cc bill and of course no answer. so i emailed them see their response below. i emailed them back and told them your mistake make it right. all i want is what i ordered and paid for and why can't i just send it back to thousand oaks. they won't reply. i just feel it's a scam and they are ripping people off with false advertising. stay away from the website sherum something's up!

We are glad you got the item but sincerely sorry for the problem.
 
According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
 
If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.
 
Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you.
