so I bought a truck from sherwood park toyota and at time of purchase I said I was not signing till there was new tires put on and my finance guy insured me there would be new ones on so I signed for it thinking they wouldnt lie and rip me off and when I came to pick itupthe next day there was no new tires on it when i got it home and went to put air inthe tires i couldnt cause the tps sencor was bustedoff so I call then he passed me threw to the used car manager and i left about 10 messages in the week when i told him to call my cell he would call my work phone and vis versa when I finally got ahold of Mario he sat on the phone and straight out called me a lier and would not help me so i went to the better bussiness buero and nothing worked there so they said to get ahold or art the general manager (part owner) and its now been a month of trying to get ahold of him with phone calls and emails and still no respond.

Now winter is just around the corner and im driving my truck with roten, cracked  tires and not being about to put air in it.thats the last thing you think you have to do after purchasing a truck a month ago to have to maintence it already.

I find this a HUGE safety issue.

that a female employee of Toyota filed against Toyota because she claimed her boss wanted to have some 'hanky-panky' with her, correct?

"I said I was not signing till there was new tires put on and my finance guy insured me there would be new ones on so I signed for it thinking they wouldnt lie and rip me off"

You started out on the right track.  You refused to sign until new tires had been put on the truck.  That is an excellent attitude to have.  Unless it's on paper, it doesn't exist.  Also, part of the paperwork for a used car purchase is the page that says you are buying the car "as is".   If it's not the way you want it, you'd better not sign that it is.

So after that great start, you went and shot yourself in the foot by signing before they put new tires on the car.    Neither the BBB, nor anyone else is going to take much interest in your complaint.   The dealer has signed paperwork that says you accepted  its condition at the time of purchase.   All you have is a story that the finance guy told you what you were going to get.    In the real world, a contract trumps a verbal agreement.   The dealer knew that.  They'd promise you that gold nuggets would occasionally pop out of the tailpipe if that would get you to sign a contract.
