Upon meeting the company's CEO, Rick or Richard, I was under the impression he was a stand up guy. However, things took a turn for the worst. I invested money with them and expected installation with 1-2 months upon receipt of the equipement. However, when the time came, Rick, the equipement (and my money) was no where to be found.
