Complaint Review: Sheryl

Intentional retaliatory negative feedback .....

Sheryl [f500pb@msn.com] bid and won one of my auctions for sex toys, at the end of the auction I send out accepted payment methods and a quick congrats to the winner. Sheryl never responded to my email, I generally dont waste time tracking them down if responce or payment is not recieved. At the end of 90 days I leave negative feedback. Sherly sent me an e-mail today that said quote "never recieve my item. Sheryl", I responded back "never recieved payment. Rob". A couple hours later I got to thinking, that wasnt very nice, so I sent her a
longer letter that read:

Sheryl, I just went thru all of my records, A payment from you for the sex toys has never been recieved. If you have records stating otherwise, please forward your paypal reciept, scanned copy of your Money Order stub or cleared Check in my name. If this was my error I will gladly resolve it, your items are still sitting here on a shelf (somewhat dustier then when I listed them).

This is copied and pasted from the actual email in my files. Sheryl never responded. When I checked my ebay account, I noticed my feedback had changed and Sheryl had left a negative feedback with out ever once trying to contact me with proof of her purchase. If you read her feedback this is not the first time she has done this.

Sheryl apparently likes to send out late emails to sellers and demand for product and not make payments. Sheryl has ruined 2 years of perfect feedback. (1 neg 2.5 years ago) due to her inconsiderate non paying lazy welfcare collecting @$$!! I am so pissed, and Sheryl, this is not the last time you will here from me. Where is the proof of your payment?? YOU DO NOT HAVE IT!!
