Complaint Review: Shimla Travel and Tours

Shimla Travel and Tours Kunal Sharma, Tanisha Ripped off !! They took away my money and they never booked the tickets. This is completely travel scam. New York New York

I booked the ticket through this agent and initially ticket got confirmed. I talked with the airlines and I confirmed my seat and meal etc. All this happened on 18th of april. I paid the money on 18th April 2015 of USD 2140. I booked the tickets to the Etihad Airways to me and my spouse and my travel date is 13th May 2015. 

I went to Etihad site to download my Itinarary and I found the tickets got cancelled. I talked to the Etihad airways directly and they informed me some fraud transaction found and they cancelled my tickets. They refunded the money to the agent. I immediately tried to reach agent Kunal Sharma with number(415 799 8418) and the number is not working. I tried reaching through email and business phone. Both are not working. I deposited the money to the following account.
