Complaint Review: shine time/Pro Detailing (chris)

 Shine Time/Pro Detailers are nothing but scum bags who take advantage of Costumers!

What happen to me is I had seen their promo on dealfind and called them up to ask details about their services before I purchased a Voucher. Chris the owner picked up and said I will give you a voucher... I was only 2min down the road from them so he came and dropped off the voucher. He told me for leather seats it's an extra fee of $40.00, but he's giving me a great deal!

Anyway's I paid him $80.00 after he left I got a bad feeling and went to there place of buisness and asked for my $80.00 back! I had only given it to him 2 hours ago... He said he can't because he spent it on products but that he would give it to me tomorrow. I said okay and left! I went into my car and looked at the voucher and it was an already used voucher that somebody had used with there name on it!!!! So today I called him to confirm that he would be giving me back my $80.00 and he said not today, tomorrow! I told him please be a man of your word and give it to me today. He got aggressive with me and still suggested that I just get my car detailed... I said no I dont feel comfortable and you said you would give it back to me today and also the voucher that u gave me was already used... He said he had to go and will call me back in a couple of minutes.

He never called me back!!! So I called him, he didn't pick up so I left a msg saying if you don't call me or return my money the I will be at shine time with the police. He called me back and promised me that forsure tomorrow he will give me my money. I truly don't believe that he will, i've already excepted my loss and I think of it as a lesson, how ever I will attempt one last time to get my money back!!! There place is very shady, just like them and I called other car detailers and Yes Whom ever buy's a voucher you will be SCAMMED!!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED!!!
