Dishonest Company. Was told that it would cost $___ to ship something from their warehouses to me.
I checked the rates online with the shipping companies, and they were charging considerably more.
When i asked the support chat person, they said it was equivalent to current rates. When I presented correct information on the rates, she was speechless.
They are dishonest - stay AWAY
