If you have a problem with their service and try to talk to the "owner" Erika Shipman about your problem, she'll just hang up on you a bunch of times until you get frustrated and give up! You can tell right away because the "owner" sounds like she's a 15 year old snotty teenager! I would not recommend doing business with this company!

I'm from Dothan , i always assumed Clyde Shipman owned this business, he drove for another cab company, then was driving for this one.Naturally i assumed he owned this one,hmm, i wonder who Erika is...?
