Shir-Or Bijouterie Refused to refund Montreal Quebec Canada
The merchant claims that their policy does not allow them to return my money.
They only told me about this policy AFTER I paid using my credit card. Actually it was written on the bill, which can only be received after the payment.
The merchandise was fully returned in the original package 7 days later, but I cannot get my money back.
