May 4, 2012 I received a phone call and the guy said he was from PC Ecperts and that verizon said I had a lot of problems wrong with my computer.  They were in my computer between 3 to 4 hours and then told me I would owe them $369.95 fir three years and they put Malware on my computer which I thought I was paying for originally.  I had just had surgery for three broken bones in my ankle and in very bad pain.  Then I had to call them several times with problems and the last time was 2-27 and 28-2013.  The first guy hung up on me. The second one spoke good English and told me he would call me back because he had to research it and he never did so the next day I called again and this guy wanted me to type logmein123.com instead of using team player like in the past well I could not sign in as the other guy had locked me out of Internet Explorer.  He said he would call me back which he did not do.  I called my computer repair guy and he came out and could not do anything so he had to take the computer in and save my good files and deleted everything from the hard drive and then reinstall my good files so I was without a computer for ten days and had a big repair bill to pay.  I called PC experts for a refund as I had paid for three years on my visa card and the guy told me I had to e-mail them to get the refund so I did and no refund check so today I called again and another guy told me there are no refunds after six months.  I feel I have been scammed big time.  I advise people not to even answer their phone calls which come under unknown caller.

Purchase Microsoft Office 2013 for $129.99

I was checking prices for Microsoft Office 2013 and this add for Ace Technology popped up with the price $129.99

and sounded legit.  I got three e-mails from them but when I called them I never got an answer always a message saying they were with another customer.  I sent several e-mails with no response as they had sent me an e-mail to copy and paste this website and then it would install office for me.  Then I got a message that this was not a safe site and contained a virus so I tried calling to no avail so I called my credit card company to try to cancel this transaction and they said they will try to get my money back and will cancell my credit card and send me a new one.  I just want my money back.

when I tried to pull up Ace Technology yesterday I saw several items about them being a scam and today when I did that they had apparently gotten it taken off so they can get to someone else.
