I can no longer reach her as she seems to change phone numbers and email addresses very frequently. Shirley Kayczan is a scammer. She took 300$ as a downpayment for a puppy about 2 months ago. Now she can not be contacted. Any phone number or email address or Web page prove useless in this regard. The puppy should be born now about 2 weeks ago at which point she should have contacted me with an update but t not a word and she is untraceable. Posts on the Web show this has been going know for years and this being 2017 she's still being the lying scammer. Why hasn't she been stopped!?? Please update me with any info possible. Thank you!!
