Complaint Review: Shirt adventure

Shirt adventure Tee shirt supply, Shirtadventure.com I purchased a sweatshirt on the website on 11/15/15. I never received a confirmation email., so I contacted them. They took a long time to reply but finally said my order was being processed and would be ship on 11/27and expect delivery 2 weeks after that. I have not received the item. I have emailed three more times and not gotten a response. I tried to login to check the status of my order but my password was not recognized. I have clicked the link to reset the password, which says I will revive an email to reset the password but I never get an email. Internet

I saw an ad on Facebook from a company called Shirtadventure.com.  I purchased an item on 11/15 and my credit card was charged that day. I never received a confirmation email as the website said I would. I contacted them through the website link and after several days I got an email back saying my order was being processed and I could expect delivery 14 days after the campaign closedown 11/27. I still never got an order number or confirmation. I tried logging in to my account and it did not recognize my password. When I used the reset password link, it said I would get an email to reset the password. I never received and email. I tried several times but have not been able to reset the password. I emailed the company again 3 times asking about the status of the order because I have still received nothing and I have not gotten a response. I tried calling the number on my credit card statement but it is not actually the company. It is for a different company that processes payments.
