I've had multiple bad experiences. 

I originally ordered in December. I have a business and I ordered with Net 30 terms. Upon getting my invoice, it showed Net 15 which is not what I agreed to. I sent 2 emails to the company regarding the mistake on my invoice and never received a response. It was "magically" updated to the Net 30 but I never heard from the business. 

Since the invoice was updated, I decided to try working with the business again, because I did like my order that I received. 

I placed a 2nd order on 2/14. Upon placing the order, I noticed that the order was not correct and needed to get it updated. I sent an email immediately. I did not receive a response. I tried emailing a week later to make sure the order got updated before it shipped and still didn't get a response. 

I've emailed multiple times, called and left 2 voicemails and sent messages through their online chat feature. I finally got a response from someone at the company named "Carla". She claimed that she was out for 2 weeks because of Covid and she's getting caught back up. Here's her response:

"Hello-

I apologize as I was out of the office working from home due to being sick with COVID and just came back to the office Tuesday and have been backed up with prior clientele communication that was missed in my absence. I had several hundred emails from clients which my supervisor advised me takes priority over new incoming messaged for the time being. I am all caught up thankfully and am now trying to attend to everyone in the order they were received.   I see this order was placed on Valentines day. May I ask in a few short words why this order is being cancelled?"   I immediately responded: "Yes. I'm canceling because it's been over 3 weeks since I placed the order, it still hasn't shipped and I've sent emails regarding this order and a past order from December that were never responded to. Customer service is important."   She responded: "I understand, However please realize we aren't a large scale company with a dozen people here taking calls and answering messages. Its just me here responding to hundreds of calls, chats, and emails daily. We have less then 10 total people working for the whole company and its a lot. Im trying the best I can, Please note the shipping policy for estimated time frame for your order completion. https://shirtsy.com/shipping-and-returns-policy/"   I responded:  I understand you're a small business. I would still like to cancel. I sent a few emails about my first order back in December and never got a response. It shouldn't take 3 weeks to get a response and then someone else in my group messages you, weeks after me, and gets a response the next day. I actually make shirts and have a semi-print on-demand business but wanted to use your company to build business credit. Nothing has reported. I'm just not seeing the benefit to continue to try and work with your company at this point.   I HAVE NOT received a response since I sent that message. That was 3/8. This invoice is due tomorrow 3/16. I do NOT want to pay it or do business with this company anymore. I've sent 4 other messages since and still have not received a response.    The customer service is horrible. The lack of response is horrendous. This business is highly unprofessional.
