Complaint Review: shlomo smiles shlomosmiles

I did the americanexpress point sign up and got some points for my spendings.  I found this web site online and decided to sell my points to this person.  They were suppose to send me a check for my points.  Guess what?   3 weeks now and I have not received any money.  Guy keeps telling me he only sends points on sunday but its been 3 weeks now i have not seen my payment.  His phone number is 718-380-2574   i think they are in NY but i cant tell if i got scammed by someone in the USA or not.
